How long does it take to process a warranty claim?

We respond to all claims as quickly as possible. After reviewing your submission, we’ll schedule an
inspection if needed and work to complete repairs in a timely manner.

What if I don’t have my original project paperwork?

No problem! We keep records of all our projects. Just provide your name and project address, and we can
look up your warranty details.

Do I need to pay for warranty service?

If the issue is covered under warranty terms (defects in materials or workmanship), there’s no charge. If
it’s determined to be outside warranty coverage, we’ll discuss options and costs with you before
proceeding.

Can I send a video instead of photos?

Absolutely! Videos are often more helpful, especially for issues with moving parts like drawers, doors,
or hinges. Send via WhatsApp or email (use a file-sharing service if the video is large).

What’s NOT covered by the warranty?

Normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, water damage from plumbing
leaks, or modifications made by others are not covered. We’re happy to repair these issues for a service
fee.

My warranty is about to expire. What should I do?

Do a walk-through of your space and check everything. If you notice any issues, file a claim before the
warranty expires. We’ll honor claims filed before the expiration date even if the repair happens
afterward.

Can I extend my warranty beyond 5 years?

Yes! We offer warranty extensions. Contact us before your current warranty expires to discuss extension
options and pricing.
