Our Warranty Promise

At Pan Pacific Interiors, we stand behind the quality of our work. That’s why we offer a 5-year warranty on our cabinetry, countertops, and installations. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. To keep your warranty valid, it’s important to follow our care and maintenance guidelines. Proper upkeep not only protects your investment—it keeps everything working and looking great for years to come.

Cabinet Care & Maintenance

Our cabinets are built with durable, moisture- and insect-resistant materials—but they still need a little love.

Cleaning Tips:

  • Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild dish soap.

  • Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, or anything abrasive.

  • Dry any spills immediately to prevent damage.

Hardware Maintenance:

  • Check hinges and pull-outs every few months. If something feels loose, tighten the screws gently.

  • Lubricate metal drawer slides and hinges once or twice a year with a silicone spray—never use oil-based products.

  • Avoid slamming doors or overloading drawers to keep everything aligned and working smoothly.

  • Watch the video here if ever you need to remove a drawer from the glides

Pull-Outs:

Keep your food and canned goods pull-outs in top shape with regular cleaning and lubrication. Avoid spills, use the right lubricant, and follow a few simple steps to make sure everything glides smoothly for years to come.

Garbage Pull-Outs:

To avoid smells, sticking, and damage, make sure to empty and clean your garbage pull-out regularly. Protect the glides from drips and keep them lubricated for smooth use.

Quartz Countertop Care

Quartz is super durable and low maintenance, but there are still a few do’s and don’ts.

Cleaning Tips:

  • Use a soft cloth or sponge with warm water and a non-abrasive household cleaner (like dish soap).

  • For tougher spots, a little vinegar and water mix works great.

  • Never use bleach, strong chemicals, or scouring pads—they can dull the surface.

What Not to Do:

  • Don’t place hot pots or pans directly on the countertop—use a trivet or hot pad.

  • Avoid cutting directly on the surface. Always use a cutting board.

  • Don’t sit or stand on the countertops.

Vinyl Floor Care

Our vinyl plank flooring is built to last but needs proper cleaning to stay in top shape.

Cleaning Tips:

  • Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove dust and grit.

  • Mop with a damp microfiber mop and a mild floor cleaner made for vinyl.

  • Avoid using steam cleaners, soaking the floor, or harsh chemical cleaners.

What Not to Do:

  • Don’t drag heavy furniture—use felt pads or sliders.

  • Don’t use wax or polish, as it can damage the protective layer.

Window Blinds Care

Blinds are easy to maintain with a little regular attention.

Cleaning Tips:

  • Dust weekly with a soft cloth, duster, or vacuum brush attachment.

  • For deeper cleaning, wipe gently with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.

  • Let them dry completely before rolling them up or adjusting.

What Not to Do:

  • Avoid scrubbing or using bleach—it can damage the finish.

  • Don’t tug too hard on the cords or mechanisms.

PVC Ceiling & Wall Panel Care

These panels are water-resistant and easy to clean—perfect for low-maintenance living.

Cleaning Tips:

  • Wipe with a soft cloth or sponge and warm soapy water.

  • For stains, a bit of vinegar and water or a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner works well.

What Not to Do:

  • Don’t use harsh chemicals, abrasive scrubbers, or scouring pads.

  • Avoid hitting or scratching the panels with sharp or heavy objects.
