- Pigments: Coloring agents used to create the vast array of colors and patterns available in quartz countertops.
- Engineered Stone: A man-made material combining natural stone elements with other components to create a product with specific properties. Quartz countertops are a type of engineered stone.
- Non-Porous: A surface that doesn’t absorb liquids. Quartz countertops are non-porous, making them resistant to stains and bacteria growth.
- Seams: Joints created when multiple slabs of quartz are combined to form a larger countertop surface.
- Polished Finish: A smooth, reflective finish that creates a luxurious look on quartz countertops.
