SEED Homes LatAm and Pan Pacific Interiors are part of the same business family, with shared leadership, experience and practical expertise behind both companies.
James Bradley brought more than 20 years of industry experience from Canada, working within a highly regulated building environment with strict building codes and construction requirements, before moving to Panama more than 12 years ago.
Since then, that experience has been combined with more than 12 years of practical, hands-on work in Panama across design, construction, renovation, project coordination and project delivery.
This combination of international construction experience and local Panama knowledge is an important part of the experience behind SEED Homes LatAm.
What Pan Pacific Interiors brings to SEED
Pan Pacific Interiors has spent years working directly with homeowners in Panama on renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, interiors, finishes and larger residential projects.
That experience involves much more than supplying cabinets or countertops.
It includes many of the practical realities that can make projects in Panama difficult:
- coordinating different trades and suppliers;
- sourcing materials;
- managing workmanship and finishes;
- solving problems as they arise;
- working within local construction conditions;
- communicating with homeowners who may not always be in Panama;
- taking responsibility for getting the details finished properly.
That experience helped shape the way SEED Homes LatAm approaches new-home projects.
What SEED Homes LatAm does today
SEED Homes LatAm is a custom-home building and project-management company in Panama.
It is not simply a modular-home company or a catalogue of prefabricated houses.
Different properties, locations, budgets and designs require different solutions.
Depending on the project, a SEED home may use:
- conventional local construction;
- a combination of local construction and factory-prepared components;
- or a more extensively factory-prepared structural system.
The construction method is a tool. It is not what defines the company.
The objective is to determine what makes the most sense for the individual property, design, budget and project.
Why this matters when building in Panama
Many people start by looking for a house design or asking for a price per square metre.
Those are important questions, but they are only part of the decision.
Before choosing how a house should be built, it is important to understand:
- the property;
- access to the site;
- slope and ground conditions;
- what the homeowner wants the house to do;
- the required level of finish;
- local availability of labour and materials;
- budget;
- and how the project will be managed when the owner is not there.

Pan Pacific Interiors has its own independent client reviews based on work completed by PPI.
Those reviews are not SEED Homes reviews and must not be presented as such.
They are, however, useful for people who want to understand the track record, workmanship and experience associated with the team supporting SEED projects.
Is SEED limited to one part of Panama?
No.
SEED is based in Panama and will consider projects throughout the country depending on the location and project itself.
Different locations naturally create different logistical, construction and cost considerations, which is why the property should be assessed before deciding on the best building method.
